Hair Dye Linked to Bladder Cancer

A study by the University of Southern California, published in the International Journal of Cancer, reports that women who color their hair with permanent dyes at least once a month for a year or longer have twice the risk of bladder cancer as women who don’t dye their hair. Those who use permanent hair dyes more often, as well as hairdressers, are at even greater risk, according to the study.

It’s interesting that Jesus said in Matthew 5:36 that “Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because *thou canst not make one hair white or black*.” Seemingly, God didn’t intend for us to change the color of our hair, and now even science is picking up on this notion.
