Miracle Through the Fire

By Tommy Hudson

Miracle Through the FireSeveral years ago, a good friend of mine sensed a passion in my heart that I had not yet discovered myself. He didn’t come right out and say it, but began to feed me with books that would help me come to a deep understanding of where God was calling me. One of those books was Miracle Through the Fire.

“God calls valiant men and women to the beachheads of unchurched cities in North America. These missionaries are often the unsung heroes of our fellowship. In essence, they are the foot soldiers who push back the frontiers of darkness and bring the light to the city,” begins the foreword of this great book of inspiration. It is a true-life journey of a valiant home-missionary couple who packed their bags and moved to a city that God had called them to.

This book by Tommy Hudson details the joys, and the disappointments of sacrificing your life to see your God-given dream take it’s living breath.

Whether you are a young minister with a calling, a saint who is looking to understand a ministers’ passion and the lengths he will go to preserve it, or a seasoned minister who wants encouragement in his journey, this book will surely bless you.

This book was undoubtedly key to propelling me into the beautiful thing that is called, “Home Missions” . The church I am privileged to pastor, The Pentecostals of Kentwood , is in existence in part because of the words this book impregnated into my soul.
