6 Tips for a Successful Fitness Program

Looking for a quick guide to starting and finishing a successful workout program? Try these 6 simple tips.


  1. Set realistic goals for yourself – both short and long term.
  2. Plan an orderly and thorough routine to train the entire body. If your workout isn’t well-rounded, your fitness won’t be either.

  3. Make a commitment to stick to your routine for 7 weeks – It will take at least this long to see changes and benefits, develop perseverance and create a habit.

  4. Be enthusiastic about your workouts… otherwise you’ll quickly lose any desire to perform.

  5. Ease into your training program with a wholesome, thoughtful nutritional plan. Eat the proper foods, with the proper amount, in the proper order.

  6. Be confident from the beginning that your program will be a success, and that these sound principles will help you reach your goal.
